The most popular third moves for White are 3.Nf3 with 28,000+ games and 3.Nc3 with 24,000+ games.

Jonalyn's move though correct in princle has only 32 games on record and has recently been payed in Gofshtein vs Willemze in Essent 2007.

6.Nf3 is a waste of tempo since it moved the same piece twice without good reason. better is to continue developing such as 6.Be2 in Smyslov vs Govbinder 1967 and Petrosian vs Ivkov 1979, among others.

Both Smyslov and Petrosian are World Champions but seeing 6 Be2 with the intention of castling, which is one of the most important guidelines in chess, does not require a World Champion rating nor title.

And 6 Nc3 is Spassky vs Petrosian World Championship 1966, by transposition.
