2010 MERALCO Employees' Day Outstanding Jr Player Awardee Pia Casiano of Montessori School of Pulilan has just won the Girls-Elementary Division of Bulacan Private School Athletics Association (BULPRISAA) with a score of 5.5 points in 6 games held at Sacred Heart Academy in Sta. Maria, Bulacan last Oct 13 & 14, 2010. The next step is the Bulacan Provincial Meet where the top 2 will go to the Palarong Pambansa.
Pia is the youngest child of Abet Casiano of Malolos Business Center and many-time Meralco Champion: 1st Casiano Sol Cruz Memorial Cup in 2007, MERALCO Team Try-out 2010, MEWA Cup 2010 and FLAMES Cup 2010. He is also the unofficial Board 1 Gold medalist in the 1st MVP Olympics held last March 2010.
Pia's older brother is Paul Casiano, a Shell 2010 Finalist having placed 3rd in the tough Tuguegarao Leg.
