This was the 4th qualifying leg where the winner, in this case Darryl Mata of Alabang Sector, gets an automatic slot to the Meralco Team for the MVP Olympics.
This is a G/30 or 30 minutes per player to finish the game and was played in a round-robin format for the 6 players who showed up.
Thus, the Meralco Team has 1 Abet Casiano - winner of the MEWA Cup in May, 2 Ronnie Dellota - winner of Balaoing Memorial in June, 3 June de Galicia - 4th placer in the FLAMES Cup won by Abet. However, 2nd and 3rd placers, Jay and Danny are not eligible to the team on account of being contractual and retiree. 4th Darryl - winner of the October leg.
There are 2 more slots up for grabs and can be won on Nov and Dec legs.
