This is Rhal's very first championship title outside of MERALCO Chess Club. This, this is really something.
Rhal owes this to the Club. His first chess event was in the Employees Day 2007 where he was one of the 25 participants in the simul match conducted by GM Eugene Torre, the 1st GM of Asia.
