In the 10th edition of the Dizon Chess Cup in Bacolod City, an age group tournament which is logically divided into 3 section; grade school, high school and college, 3 of our junior players who are now proud members of the La Salle Green Hills Chess Team were invited to participate.
They are EARL CABUGAO, Grade 7, Julian Sabularse, Grade 6, and Junior Sol Cruz, Grade 5. And surprisingly, Junior finished in the TOP 10, placing 9th over-all with his 4.5 points in 6 games.
