This is the first ever official rating for Meralco Chess Club based on the tournament: Jose Balaoing Memorial Cup last June 2010.
The rating was facilitated by IA/NM Elias Lao, Jr, thus our sincere THANKS to NM Eli for helping professionalize our Club and was processed by the National Chess Federation.
