Lilet Bersamina, the father of RP 12 Under Champ Paulo Bersamina, has just gotten the big big YES of GM Jayson to share his God-given time and talents for the benefit of our handicapped brothers in the RP Paralympics Chess Team by doing a simul at MERALCO which is tentatively scheduled on OCTOBER 3 Saturday 9 am.
Entry Fee is P500 and proceeds will go to the PARA Chess Team.
This is the third of the series of simuls for the victorious PARA Team. GM Joey debuted last Aug 1 scoring 18W 6D 0L and GM Eugene seconded the motion last Sept 5 registering a 17W 2D 2L slate.

Sir Lilet just sent me an email this morning and he said that the simul with GM Jayson is already postponed?

i'm back from my palawan vacation with my wife who celebrated her b-day. yes, the oct3 simul with gm jayson is definitely postponed due to conflict with the pichay cup which will be held after the gma cup. we are working for an oct10 sched though.
btw, palawan is beautiful. in our island hopping tour, colorful fishes similar to the tiger barbs but much bigger as in almost palm size will encircle you if you feed them with bread or rice. they are more than a hundred!

the simul has been re-sched from oct 3 to oct 10 due to gm jayson's stint in the pichay cup.
